Privacy Policy

Last updated June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Glow ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Glow mobile application and related services (the "App"). We built Glow to be a private, personal tool, and we keep the data we collect to a minimum.

1. Information You Provide

When you use Glow, you may enter information such as the products you choose to track, schedules and reminders, reconstitution and inventory values, dose logs, check-ins, weight, and personal preferences. You provide this information voluntarily so the App can organize it for you.

2. Account Information

If you create an account, we collect the information needed to set it up and keep it secure, such as an email address. We use this only to provide and protect your account and to communicate with you about the App.

3. Where Your Data Lives

Your tracking data is kept on your device for fast access, and when you are signed in to an account it is securely stored and synced to our cloud backend (Supabase) so it is available across your devices and can be restored if you reinstall the App. Some device-specific items (such as local notification handles) stay on your device and are not synced.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use your health-related entries for advertising.

4. Apple Health (Optional)

Apple Health integration is optional. If you enable it, Glow requests access only to the categories shown in Apple's permission sheet. Health data is used to display your activity and wellness trends inside the App. It is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by the App Store and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). They receive the purchase and entitlement information needed to give you access to paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

6. Analytics and Logging

We aim to collect as little as possible. The App does not transmit your dose, check-in, weight, or Apple Health data to a third-party analytics provider for advertising. Any diagnostic logging used during development is disabled in release builds. If we use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand app stability and usage, we will describe it here.

7. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App.

  • Sync your data across your devices (if you enable sync or an account).

  • Provide subscription access and customer support.

  • Keep the App secure and prevent abuse.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the App, such as Apple (App Store and Apple Health), Supabase (our authentication, database, and cloud-sync backend), and RevenueCat (our subscription provider). These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can delete your data by removing it in the App, deleting your account where available, or contacting us. Note that removing the App from your device may not delete data retained in a device backup or in cloud sync until you delete your account.

10. Your Choices

You are in control of your data. You can:

  • Revoke Apple Health and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

  • Disable cloud sync where available.

  • Delete entries within the App.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

11. Children's Privacy

Glow is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
